Conditions of use1. PRIVACY POLICY1.1 We are committed to protecting your privacy. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into your account and clicking on the "My Profile" link at the top right. If you find any inaccuracies you can correct it promptly. 1.9 The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law. 1.10 If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first. 1.12 We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. 3. ANONYMOUS POSTINGSPlease note that if you wish an ad to go out anonymously then there is a minimum charge of £25. Please contact us on machers@manchesterk.com if you wish to use this facility.4. NOTESa) Any private car sale ads cannot be mixed in with Items for Sale over £100. They need to be put in as a separate posting.b) People cannot put more than 4 separate 'Items for sale totalling under £50' ads on to the system within 2 days 5. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICYIf you are dissatisfied for any reason you may cancel your order with us prior to our system distributing your message to ManchesterK members and request a full refund or replacement.Once your message has been posted on the ManchesterK website/or distributed to its members, cancellation and refund is no longer available.
